For Schools
Bring Future-Ready Learning to Your School.
Give students opportunities to build and demonstrate the human and AI capabilities that will increasingly shape success, without asking your school to build an entirely new programme from scratch.
Two partnership paths
Choose one, or both
Labs run weekly through the year. The AIQ Challenge is a cycle. Neither requires the other.
Glimmers Labs
Launch an age-progressive afterschool future-readiness programme on campus, customisable around your space, timetable, infrastructure and student numbers.
Explore Labs Partnership →AIQ Challenge
Bring the Human and AI Intelligence Olympiad to your students, with school registration, participation, preparation and recognition handled together.

What you get
What a school should expect before committing
The things a principal needs answered, answered here rather than after a meeting.
Curriculum architecture and grade progression
A defined progression across grade bands, so what a Grade 3 student does connects to what they will do in Grade 7 rather than repeating it.
Implementation model
Who does what, set out before you commit. Which responsibilities sit with Glimmers, which sit with your staff, and what the first term actually looks like.
Facilitator selection and training
Every session is run by a trained facilitator working to a common delivery standard, with quality assurance rather than trust alone.
Child safety and responsible AI
Safeguarding, moderation and our position on children using AI are published and available for your review before any conversation about commercials.
Space and infrastructure flexibility
Programmes are built around what your campus has, not around a specification most schools would fail.
Parent communication
Materials for explaining the programme to parents, and an admissions process that does not add administrative load to your office.

Questions
What school leaders ask
What does the school actually have to provide?
A room, a slot in the timetable, and a staff coordinator. Everything about the programme itself, including facilitators and materials, comes from us.
Do our teachers have to deliver this?
No. Labs are run by trained Glimmers facilitators. Your staff coordinate rather than teach.
Can we start with one grade band?
Yes, and most schools do. Starting narrow and widening once you have seen it work is the sensible order.
How is this different from other enrichment providers?
Most enrichment teaches a subject: robotics, chess, public speaking. Glimmers builds capabilities across subjects, and the AIQ Challenge gives students a way to demonstrate them.
What about child safety?
Our Child Safety Policy sets out moderation, reporting and response in full. We would encourage your safeguarding lead to read it before anything else.
What are the commercials?
Arrangements are confirmed directly with each school and set out in writing before anything is agreed. They depend on the programme, the grades and the numbers involved.
Prefer to explore first?
The Labs and AIQ pages set out what each partnership actually involves.
